"-scan" command-line option has no effect

Hello all,
I tried running XnView 1.80.3 on a Windows NT computer with the "-scan" command line option as described in "Info/Command line help...".
This has no effect. XnView behaves the same as when there's no option on the command line, and I have to manually select "File/Acquire..." to scan a picture.
Thanks for your help,
Xavier Joubert

-scan must start the Acquire dialog, you have nothing at all??

Hello Pierre,
Sorry for late reply...

Exactly.
I have to click "File/Acquire..." to get the dialog. The scanner is a Canon one. Appart from that, everything works OK.
Merci de ton aide !
