File > Reopen doesn't refresh folder in Fullscreen

Hi, I have a problem, and I hope it's a simple problem to solve.
Suppose I'm in Fullscreen (F11), viewing files in a folder with ten files. Now, suppose that while I'm viewing these files, I download a new, eleventh file into the same folder. When I try to browse to the new file (Page Up, Page Down), I can't reach it. I can only browse through the original ten files.
Currently, the quickest way I know how to make the eleventh file accessible is to close XnView entirely, and then restart it. But surely there is a quicker way to refresh the files in a folder being viewed in Fullscreen. Does anyone know of a quicker way?
NOTE: I know that it's possible to "Reopen" the image by pressing Ctrl-R or pressing F11, Alt-F, Alt-R. But that doesn't solve the problem. The eleventh file is still inaccessible; the folder and its files still haven't been refreshed.
Thanks!
