Suggestion: Allow copying Description -> Comment

In the "Edit comment" dialog window (Ctrl+D), there's no easy way to copy an existing Description to the embedded comment.
The checkbox "Use same text for description & comment" is actually copying the comment to the Description, but there's no (straightforward) way to copy in the other direction.
What about two "copy" buttons between those input fields? (one to copy downwards, one to copy upwards)
