Ctrl-E (Effects) shortcut on Mac

I've started to use XnView because it is available on both Mac and PC, and I'm enjoying it.

However, one of my favorite keyboard shortcuts on Windows does not work on Mac - Ctrl-E to invoke the 'Effects' menu.

Is there any way to do this, on the Mac?

Thanks!

I'd still love to use Ctrl-E on the Mac (as it is what I use on the PC) but - I did find that I can remap shortcuts (on the Mac, it's Main menu / Preferences, then 'shortcuts' in the 'interface' section). Here, I was able to take 'shift-E' away from 'enhance colors' and assign it to 'Effects'.

I suspect that 'Ctrl-E' is reserved on the Mac for other purposes. I can probably adapt to this!

Thanks
