1.9.3: Crash when using face tagging - user with special characters

XnView: MP 1.9.3 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 11 - 64-bit
XnView crashes when using face tagging, only with a Windows user containing a special character (for example "Méli", "émile" or "Maël")
Effect: XnView crashes
To reproduce:
1. connect to a Windows user with containing a special character
2. if not present in XNView, install face tagging plugin and restart XNView
3. Browse a folder with some images
4. Select an image
5. Select "Metadata > Face Tag"
Actual behaviour (bug): XnView crashes
Expected behaviour: No crash, the Face Tag window is shown
On the same computer, it works well with a Windows user containing no special character.

. It works with the 1.9.5 release !
