It's just a suggestion.

In the Option dialog, the OK button locates at the left bottom corner.
But all the settings are at the right panel.

So I wonder if it would be more convenient to switch the OK and Cancel buttons location ?

- But the left-handed ones might think it's OK like actually, and the “Keyboard Knights” will say they don't care…

Right, some years ago, all buttons were so ([Cancel] [OK]). Now, almost in all programs and install dialogs is vice versa. I don't like it, but all buttons (Cancel/OK/GO...) must be replaced and in other programs it would be still vice versa, so I think OK button could be just moved next to Cancel button, but on the left side...

Well~I think it should be my fault.
I didn't explain it clearly.

What I meant is that:
1. All the setting options are at the right panel.
2. So, after finishing all the settings, your cursor should be at the right panel.
3. Thus, it should be more intuitively if the OK button is placed at the right corner.
4. Also, most applications put their OK button at the right corner.
5. Therefore, I guess most users are used to click the right corner button after setting up.
6. But, XnView places it at the left corner.
7. Then, people who are careless may mistake the Cancel for the OK.
8. Unluckily, those people would loss all the things they just set up.

That's why I ask for placeing the OK button at the right corner.

Yes, but you must use very old programs. I know just one (new) program with OK on the right.

I know what you mean, but most programs (99% new) have OK on the left. Check Windows - right click on desktop - Properties:

...and it's just one dialog, try to find OK on the right in Windows (XP).

I don't know why all use OK on the right and then on the left, but OK on the left it's a standard now.

Maybe even in 1.82? [Apply] later of course.

I personally think it always makes more sense to have OK and Cancel as far from each other as possible, such as on opposite sides of a dialog. I know this isn't M$ design recommendation, but then they don't always appear to know what they are doing, interface -wise, do they?

Why so far apart? Well, I probably miss OK and hit Cancel at least once a day. There is a natural "radius of clicking error" that each of us has, related to arm position, mouse latency, control position (on the screen), where the cursor motion starts, screen resolution, etc, etc. Frequently my radius of error includes both the OK and Cancel buttons on dialogs where they are displayed adjacent to one another. This means "Woops" happens more frequently than it would if the two buttons were further apart.

This happened to me quite a lot recently with XnView, therefore my support to place the 'OK' somewhere on the half right side. I just can't see buttons on the left corner when I do it quickly.
