Suggestions regarding descript.ion file & few more

As a former ACDSee user and a new one to XnView, I would like to suggest following improvements, mainly regarding the comments and descriptions saved in descript.ion file:
1) If any file is renamed (both in view or browse mode), its description should be kept for the new file name as well. In the current version, the description is lost.
2) Similar problem (the loss of decription associated with any file) happens when I copy or move a file into another directory using drop and drug or CRTL+C and CTLR+V.
3) If I want rename a file in view mode, the length of the file name is limited too much. It should allow me to use much longer name, just as it is possible in browse mode.
4) Using Batch Convert (CTRL+U): It would be nice if after selecting Option it remembered the last used file format. For example if using JPEG more often than 99% it would save some time without a need to click over and over again to JPEG tab. Even if I just wish to check the current JPEG Quality I have to click more times than would be necessary if the last selected format was remembered.
5) Associated suggestion with 4) is that it would be nice if a user could save some Options as a default setting, so that he knew that whenever he doesn't change any Option he would still have his standard pre-sets. To explain in a bit. I use conversion JPEG 80% on most occasions, but sometimes I need 65% or 60% for example but such one-off selection is remembered, so I have to check it anytime and click more times than needed - see suggestion 4) I convert standard pictures to 80%, moreover sometimes I've forgotten to check it....
With default Option pre-sets suggestion 4) wouldn't be that important.
I think it would be nice to implement these changes and I think it really shouldn't be difficult, just would improve the program a lot in the way I was using ACDSee and would like to use XnView.
