Same ratio at Resize menu and replace resized images

Hi!
I would like to suggest 2 minor improvements
Xnshell>Convert>Resize
1) Click to "X" to keep the same ratio, eg , entering 70 to left, set 70 to right
2) Option to replace resized images, not adding _1 prefix
