Bar disapeared

When I open an image, usually there was 2 toolbars at the top:
1. the bar with some tools like rotate, cut etc
2. the bar bellow that 1 wich I always use to set cut dimensions for exemple.
Yesterday after customizing something, this second toolbar disapeared.
I've tryed all the options in F12 > view, etc... but without success.
I don't know how to embed or attach print screen here, that's why I cannot show you my interface without it.
