Image doesn't update when ICC profile removed

Although I tried this on XYB I would think it's a generic issue
When you Metadata - Clean Metadata and the ICC profile is removed, the image is not refreshed, however when you do something such as rotate it, then it is
* I think the image should refresh immediately if the colour profile is removed, so that people who inadvertently remove the profile are alerted to the change before they try to save the image with a discard of the original
