a) Add folder: It's not a good idea to press 100x + to reach a folder, better/additional: Insert Path by Copy/Paste with additional [...] for this window.

b) when pressing Ctrl-U while a Directory is selected, it would help to take all the Pictures inside

also usefull:

- Keep Directory Structure
the transformed Pictures are now all in the same Folder if you do not want to overwrite the original and do not leave the Output-Directory blank


Workaround for these Requests:
- Copy Folder to Root
- now "Add Folder" is easier
- and overwriting the Original keeps Directory
