IPTC Problem with XnView 1.82.1 "unknown exception"

After testing the new verion of xnview 1.82.1 I encountered one problem that the program terminates when I try to edit IPTC/EXIF metadata or if I try to display general information about the file (both in preview/editing and browser mode) both from main menu or context menu.
When I perform the tasks I get the error-window of XP which says that the program did wrong (fault):
unknown software exception (0xc00008e) encountered on 0x004fee06
and I do have to end the program by entering #return.
What is the problem of this? I did not encounter this problem with the version before 1.80.3 where for my tasks everything was done ok.
Please give me some hints, probably it is about my environment. Thanks.

I do have the problem on all pictures (jpg) either they do have already IPTC information or not (or aditionally EXIF information).
I tried the standalone xnview, as well as xnview installed. The problem of the error-window is clearly pointed to xnview.exe.
On all pictures I tried (as far as I could try as much different) I did not had/ do not have this problem with the previous version.
Now I got a bit more deep:
It is possible to delete EXIF/IPTC/or all metadata and write it again without error if I use the preview mode (chosen from general menue). And it is done fine.
But if I target clear in metadata submenu when I use browser mode I get the options to chose which metadata to clear and #enter I do get the same error response, same error-code, as above and program is being terminated.

This problem is solved!
The problem was due to OpTool, which caused the problem with its "long right click" option. They solved the problem recently, because OpTool 2.1 caused several programs to crash. As it did with XnView iptc/edit from the main menu. ...
