How can i disable the Automatic Color Adjustement when opening pictures?

There is no such things as an "Automatic Color Adjustment" when opening an image. Probably you have the Gamma Correction activated, please uncheck the checkbox 'Use gamma correction', which you can find in the category 'View' of the options dialog ('Tools->Options').
