Problem with aquire

Hi,
I have a problem: I can´t import pictures from my digital camera (Kodak CX7330). With another programs I don´t have this problem, but with XNView, I read the message "Aquire returned error". What can I do? Why can I not download the pictures from my cam? please, help me, I like the program and wish use it for my cam.

You use TWAIN device too with other app?

Hello Pierre,
I don´t know, the connection is via USB port, the Windows-Kodak transfer is ok, but I don´t have the button "Acquire" on my bar. I read now on this site...is the pay-version with this button and the free-version not?

No Deluxe is no more available....
Perhaps you can try with the WIA tools in XnView?

Hello Pierre,
I don´t understand why I need extra tools like WIA and others thinks, why isn´t the download of picturs direct or easy for me? The programm is perfect, only for this problem I need another programm for my pictures. Its better when you write me, what I need, on the configuration or plugins, dll´s or extra downloads,

It's to know which interface has your scanner, there is 2 modes TWAIN or WIA
