How do I convert photos out of PhotoDraw 2000 MIX format? I am surpised that this program does not do it. Is there a plug in or another program that can handle this? From reading some posts I see people have been looking for this for 3 years?

MIX format is a closed format, you can try with plugins (Xcompound.dll)
