Bug on status line "reported selected files"
Posted: Thu Jun 08, 2006 5:07 pm
environment:
. windows xp pro w/sp2
. xnview 1.82.4, libformat 4.57
Browse on a directory containing many image files. Then go to menu, select "view as" and then the first or second voice (i.e.: "thumbnails" or "thumbnails & labels").
1. Now click on an image file and select it. On the status bar you'll read "N object(s) / 1 file(s) selected...".
2. Hold shift and select the next adiacent image file. On the status bar you'll read "N object(s) / 2 file(s) selected...".
3. Once again, hold shift and select the next adiacent image file. On the status bar you'll read "N object(s) / 3 file(s) selected...".
4. Now, hold shift and select the previous adiacent image file, the one selected at step 2.
->bug: On the status bar you'll read again "N object(s) / 3 file(s) selected..." while it should be "N object(s) / 2 file(s) selected..."
Please note that the status bar reports correctly the number of files selected if view mode is either "thumbnails & details" or "icons" or "list" or "details".
