A previous and next button in toolbar to go to next or previously browsed folder would be a great help. This should be a standard tool as in windows explorer and many other programs.

Maybe (also) as "sub-buttons" of standard prev./next file buttons.

Not quite sure what you mean with "sub-buttons", Dreamer. Previous/Next folder (in folder history) refer to the folder tree and should be located in the small toolbar (toolbar above the file list). In the small toolbar there's the symbol "Up one level", buttons for "next/previous in history" would fit in here best, I think.

Yes, of course. I thought it's Viewer - prev./next folder.
So it's already in "Global Request & Suggestion list" - duplicate.
yumina - you mean in browser, right?

Also, hook the previous button up to the back button on the mouse, as well as the backspace key.

Already in 1.90 alpha.
...as well as the backspace key.
I disagree, backspace is a standard for "up one level".

I look forward to have that two buttons (<--) & (-->) in the browser toolbar. I hope we'll get it soon.
