Image Sequences & Movie improvements

Hey there
I'm seriously impressed by the speed of XNView, wow, awesome job!
After triing it a bit out, I've got suggestions.
I work in the professional Video Effects field, that's why I looked at the Video browsing features the first.
A: it would be great if it didn't show the first image of a video in the thumbnail, most of the time this is black. What about showing the 25th (1second).. or the one 1/3 into the movie or something like that. (Can be the next keyframe aswell, just something easy)
B: Frame by Frame scrubbing would be a big help. Normally with the arrow keys, but any key would be awesome. It's a HUGE drawback on most mediaplayers, QuickTime is probably the only that can do it. So implementing this feature would bring a lot of media professionals to XnView.
C: Display of the Timecode of the current frame (00:01:22:12 for example, which reads 0 hours, 1 minute, 22 seconds, 12 frames)
D: Support for Image sequences. Often I have several image sequences (= basically every frame as it's own image) in one folder.. 1000 of images! It would be amazing if it showed an image sequence as a movie and not as individual images. Also being able to play it back.
