How can I put easy a sign or a fixed text on all my pictures... i.g. my initials.

Rather transparent than very striking, like a watermark.

Thanks Tom*

You can add text in batch convert

Oh, yes. This works fine, thanks.

For a professional outlook I have two ideas:

1. Is it possible to make the text-stamp "a little bit" transparent, i.g. 50%?
2. Could xnview automaticly use a similar color for the text like the color of the picture has on this area? (i.g. light blue text on dark blue sky)

I could define textcolor and textbackround, but I didn't found a way to make the inserted text transparent.

Any helps? Thanks Tom*

Probably you mean Batch convert, it is possible only in Viewer > Shift+T > Opacity.

- In Batch convert STRG-U Opacity is not available, (not yet?)

- it's also a pity that the Batch convert settings are not saved.

You can save it as Script.

Yes it works fine. .. thus only a desire remains:

How can I make the inserted text a little bit transparent or/and set similarly the background colour?

As I said, it is possible only in Viewer > Shift+T > Opacity, Text back colour. It is not possible in batch convert (yet).

You're welcome.

I'm waiting for this option (opacity and outline) for fullscreen information too, so maybe it could be added also there now... :)

it would be nice to size the text in percent! :)
