XnView Execution error (Solaris)

Dear all
I downloaded the XnView-sparc-sun-solaris2.x.tar.gz and unzip using gunzip and untar using
'tar xvf' . Then I enter the XnView-1.68-sparc-sun-solaris2.x/bin directory. I tried to execute
xnview in the command line. I got the following error
ld.so.1: xnview: fatal: libformat.so: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed
I got similar error when I tried to execute nconvert an nview too.
Can anybody tell be what is the problem and possible solutions.
