Feature: 32bit (alpha channel) ICO & PNG support

Hi,
I wish XnView can support well Windows Icon and PNG files saved in 32-bit format with alpha channel. This alpha could be merged with current selected background colour for the display.
Moreover it would be terrible useful to have ability to convert from/to 32-bit PNG <-> ICO preserving alpha channel. Now when I open 32-bit PNG and save it to the ICO the alpha channel is lost

There are mose and more nice icons stored in PNG files and I wish to use them as Windows XP 32-bit Icons.. however I can't to that with XnView.
By now I found only one program that can to proper conversions between those 32-bit files which is @icon sushi.
