No antialiasing for black and white tiff image?

Am I missing something or is it standard? Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Running xnview 1.82.4 on Window xp pro sp1.

:) Hello !

• To get an anti-aliasing, you must fill the empty "stairs steps"¦"cogs" with medium colours, in the case some "Greys"!
- But if you have not any - since only black & white, how could you do that ?

- This seems possible only by using (converting into…) a minimal greyscale palette.

That is great, I have been looking for that functionality in a tiff viewer for a while now.

Looks like it was mostly there already.
