Move Metadata export formats to Save dialog

Instead of listing all export formats under Menu>Edit>Metadata>Export xxxx data as TXT/CSV/XML, it would be clearer to provide choice of export formats directly in the Filetype listbox of the 'Save' dialog (as it is usually done).
