Bug: Filtering of archives does not work

Xnview v. 1.70.1

Suppose for instance I want to see how many zips I have in a particular folder, the only way I can do that is if I set the filter to 'All other files', in the options. I have 'Archives' checked for both Other and Thumbs view.

I shall download 1.70.2 to see if this may have been adressed, if it hasn't then I've reported it.

I've just checked and found that this is still does not work:
When checking 'Archives' (in option dialog, category 'Browser ->File list'), ZIP archives and RAR archives are not displayed. I don't know what the 'Archives' checkbox is for, but I assume (likewise) that this is for ZIP and other archives, so this looks like a bug.

Yes, I can confirm this is a really weird :bugconfirmed:
On my machine archives do not show up when "Archives" only is set but instead I am still able to see my JPG's???

Unless it is suppose to mean the Archive attribute of files?

Fixed. I think I'll retire v.1.74 for good now.
