Crystal Clear Skin

Hi to all.
Thanks to Piere for make this greatest program and for make possible to a outsider to write a message.
OK, I come from CrystalXP and we wanna to make a Crystal Clear skin for your program V. 1.82.4, because there's no one. We want to make a skin with 32x32 icons.
Here's the topic:

Before we started the project is that something peculiar we should know?
Because we have had problems with the background of some icons.

I'm still waiting for a Windows Vista toolbar skin, I've got a nice one for WinRAR.

There is no password, make sure you are using WinRAR 3.51 or 3.60.

i'm already using winrar3.60...when i want to unpack this file, winrar shows me a message for password! a tried use other program but it's the same situation...
i get also this message: wrong password or there's no files to extract (winrar can see no files in this archive, maybe this file is broken now...?)

My apologises the guy that posted that archive went and changed it to have a password,
I have the original version if you want it please contact me via Yahoo or MSN Messenger.

Perhaps we can place the draft of the skin on the XnView Download server (sure enough not as an official download)?
@ckit: Could you please send me the skin or a link to download it?
Note: From what I can see in the screenshots the skin looks really nice. Those guys do a good job.

There are many similar skins in xnview, Phoenity is there even twice and we have no similar 'Vista' skin, so this one should be definitely included in xnview IMO.
What to add ?
