I'd like to have these 2 features:
1. when I save picture after some changes, I'd like to keep the old timestamp
2. save timestamp data from exif to filesystem

There is a lot of pictures that need some adjustments or changes and with these features I can easily see date and time of the file in shell without opening it.
For example, there is 100 pictures and half of them has original dates but half has many different dates. When I would like to know exact date I need to open the file and look at exif.

I hope there is somebody else that agrees with me.

I believe you mean:

Tools - Change timestamp...
And select "Use EXIF time and date".

Sorry for my lack of knowledge, can you explain in more detail?
I know about jpeg option "keep exif data". But that won't do.

Exif is information that digital cameras store about the image within the image file. The date/time when the image was taken is part of this information.

Usually the time/date of the image file is the same. This is convenient when browsing your image files. Sometimes however when the images are moved or manipulated the filesystem timestamp is changed.

If exif data is preserved when images are manipulated the exif still stores the original timestamp since the digital image was captured. The "Tools - Change timestamp..." operation can be used to change back the file timestamp to the original time by reading from the exif info and applying this to the file.

There was a little misunderstanding. I know what exif means.
I meant to explain exactly how to do it in Xnview. I can find "Tools - Change timestamp".

If you mean you can't use "Tools - Change timestamp..." to change file timestamp according to exif data, then its simple.
-Select the image or images you want.
-Goto "Tools - Change timestamp..." from the dropdown menus.
-Select "Use EXIF data and time..."
-And click OK.
Note that you have to refresh (Ctrl-R) afterwards to see the effect of the operation.

If this does not answer your question you have to explain in more detail.
