Tooltip for folder's thumbnail

A tooltip which identifies folder's name would be useful for thumbnail-only viewing (no labels, no folder tree). Folder can then be identified without selecting it.

It's already in Options>Browser>Show tooltips of 1.90 alpha, with <Directory> (or <Folder> if you prefer), no?

No. I think you misunderstood. Tooltips have never worked on thumbnails of folders.
