2.0: Watermark Plugin

Post by ckit »

I just had a look at VSO's Image Resizer (freeware) and it has this really cool Watermarking feature we have to adopt!

We keep the watermark that's in the Paint plugin but we should also have another plugin like this one for working in View mode.

Also, to improve on their design...
Add a Preview button to see the changes on the original image,
Add a Restore button to undo the preview,
Add a Auto-Preview check box to see the changes automatically as you change options.

Hey Ckit--

How would you like to write up a little blurb for the help file on the new watermark feature? There's a certain amount of justice to the idea that he who requests features is he who gets to write about them, no?!!!

Sorry, I'm too busy for that not that I wouldn't know where to start either LOL :)
I'm in the middle of building my sister a new 22" widescreen computer (I'll buy the same monitor for myself I think) and yes XnView will be installed on it too....

Be careful about budget 22" monitors... they sometimes don't have the bit-depth to display a complete color gamut (ie, you'll see banding)!
