Hi!
It appears a bug was found with TIFF images and preview functionality:
I use MS Windows Remote Desktop Connection with 8 bit color option (for slow connections). When I click right button on TIFF image my explorer.exe process crashes. This does not reproduce with e.g. JPGs.
I think something is wrong with XnView Preview feature.
I tested this case using RDP 32 bit color mode - nothing bad happens and everything works great.
PS not only right click leads to explorer.exe crash - even <Shift> + <Delete>
I did not test the behaviour when XnView is removed from system. But I think XnView is the only application which works with screen output besides windows.

Yes! I mean it.
With XnView Shell Exception disabled explorer.exe process continues working without crashes if 8 bit color mode of MS Windows Remote Desktop Connection is used.
So, the problem is with XnView Shell Exception.
But for me explorer only crashes with TIFF files.

If XnView Shell Extesion is disabled the explorer.exe process continues working without crashes if 8 bit color mode of MS Windows Remote Desktop Connection is used.
