'High quality zoom' and 'Delayed' Options

In V 1.90 B5:
- 'High quality zoom' for Browser Preview & Fullscreen is set in Options>Preview>'Use high quality' (Preview and Fullscreen lite are actually the same component).
- 'High quality zoom' for Viewer is set in View>'High zoom quality (slower)'.
- 'Delayed HQ' is used for Browser Preview & Fullscreen only and set in Fullscreen.

For 1.90, it may not be possible to expect a single fullscreen/viewer mode, but at least we should do something to make those settings more straightforward: Browser Fullscreen and Viewer should use exactly the same options.

So, please:
- Rename View>"High zoom quality (slower)" to "High quality zoom" (quality is high, not zoom...).
- Move 'Delayed HQ' just to the right of those settings...
...and rename it to "Delay high quality for pictures larger than [ ] MegaPixels" (and use X*Y as this is what shows how intensive the calculation is).
=> Those 'High quality zoom' and 'Delay...' settings should apply to both Viewer and Fullscreen lite.
=> Preview should use setting of Preview>'Use high quality' (I think it should use View>'Delay...' setting as well without needing a separate setting).

Pierre: depending on what is possible to do, we may find other solutions too.
(ex: if you cannot change settings when switching Preview <-> Fullscreen lite, use Viewer's options only and remove Preview option, etc...)
