v1.91.1 crushes in Normalize dialog

Hello.

I found a bug in Image -> Adjust -> Normalize... dialog.

When Black Limit % is set on 100, XnView crushes.

-v1.91.1 WinXP Home SP2 in Japanese.

Confirmed. The sliders on this dialog have different limits when preview is disabled.
