Batch Conversion: Effect "3d Border" missing?

In Xnview menu Filter / effects, in tree element "Effects" there's one effect called "3D border".

It's however not aivalable in the "Batch Conversion" / Transformations / Misc list. (Most others are there, I think.)
Is this intended, or is it just missing?

PS: Great program, really great! Can even handle the good old home computers formats (8bit, ST/Amiga, Acorn Archimedes, ...). :-)
