Auto rebuild thumbnail when file date changes...

How about adding an option to auto rebuild thumbnail when file date changes?

If the file date change, the thumbnail is automatically rebuilt

it doesnt automatically rebuild for me unless the image dimensions change. is it due do my ini settings? ive attached it in case...
