Problem with the slider

When I opened an image, the slider automatically set itself in the middle of the bar, so I had to scroll up to the top of the image. The same thing happened when I viewed the previous/next ones. I tried looking around in Tools/Options, but couldn't find the settings for this particular problem. It never happened with the last version of XnView I used. It's very annoying, having to keep scrolling up to look at the top of every single image. Please help me fix it. Thank you very much.
