Please support to copy a transparent image onto another image.
XnView solved many of my image-editing issues: resizing, bluring, putting arrows and frames to a picture.
Last time I wanted to put a small icon onto a bigger image. The small icon had a transparent background but I could not copy it to the bigger one without loosing this transparency (instead of the transparent background it became grey).
Actually if I copy the same picture into Photoshop it does not carry transparency neither (but if I open the original picture it displays the transparent parts as transparent).
I searched the internet, and found out that with the watermark wizard I can do the same, without resizing.
So please support that feature. Either
- by copying the alpha channel information to the clipboard when pressing Ctrl+C
- or by adding a resize possibility to the watermark wizard
