Can I Multi-page Tiffs as multiple PDF's?

Post by Warmace »

I've searched the help file and browsed the forum with no luck.

I receive a lot of multiple page TIFF files (from a digital fax), and would like to be able to save them as single page PDF's for cataloging.

Is this possible with XnView Classic or NConvert? I figured out how to save a 3-page Tiff as a 3-page PDF, but I need to make it individual files, and hopefully automate the process.

You want to convert a [seven] page M-TIFF file into [seven] single page PDF files?

Tools > Multipage file > Extract All Into...

The PDF compression method used for the files created can be set in Tools > Options...

I don't see a way of doing that using Tools > Batch Procesing...

But it should be straightforward using NConvert: use -xall to extract the images and note that there are limitations on the use of spaces in [output?] file names.
