"File Handling" page for View / Fullscreen mode

It should be similar to this "File Handling" page for Browser mode (not final solution).

E.g.:

We can move first two options from "Fili list" page here too and remove that page.

Right, but probably we don't need this one anymore (more here), we could just try to move some options there.
