XnConvert resize methods

I use ACDSee Pro 8 for view , FastStone Image Resizer for resize , and XnConvert for convertation images )
I want do so , what me need two programs , but have problem , in XnConvert no Lanczos2 Sharper , as be ?

But me need this in 32 bit version and WinXP support ) this need because I use LuraWaveleet JPEG2000 forman , and this work only 32 bit version ) also , I want have single installer viewers for Windows 7 and Windwos XP )
