XnView: MP 1.0 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64bit
When I assign a category to a video, an .xmp sidecar is created with the categories. If I now move the two files (video and sidecar) outside of XnViewMP and import it again by clicking on the new folder, the .xmp is completely ignored and the previously selected categories are not displayed:
I've only had this problem since updating to 1.0 - I didn't have it before.
To reproduce:
1. Apply my settings (see below).
2. Create a test folder with test.mp4 (an empty textfile should work).
3. Assign some categories to this test.mp4. XnViewMP should create the .xmp sidecar with the saved categories.
4. Go out of the test folder in XnViewMP, rename the folder and go back into the folder. XnViewMP now ignores the contents of the XMP file.
My settings:
1.0: no import from sidecar XMP files for videos
