1.3.1 - catalog - default 'Base path of your pictures' cause incorrect paths

XnView: MP 1.3.1 64bits
OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Settings → Catalog → Catalog tab
Default 'Base path of your pictures' value cause wrong directory paths.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open Settings (F12)
3. goto Catalog → Catalog tab
'Base path of your pictures' value is BLANK
4. Press OK button to save settings
5. open Settings again and goto Catalog tab
'Base path of your pictures' value changed to '\'

Actual behaviour:
It adds extra backslash to all paths that automatically adds to the Catalog when 'Base path of your pictures' set to '\'.
In some cases that make paths incorrect, e.g. 'E:\\' (red on screenshot)

Expected behaviour:
Extra '\' should not be added to the paths
