Add 'Smooth' option to the Automatic deskew action

Add 'smooth' option to the Automatic deskew action, as in the Rotate tool.

Also, if possible use either 'Smooth' or 'Anti-aliasing' consistently in XnView MP and XnConvert, assuming that the action is the same.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
