1.3.1 - empty tab - active button / switching to Browser mode

XnView: MP 1.3.1 64bits
OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

1. 'Curves' button is active on <Empty> tab.
2. It does not switch from <Empty> tab to Browser mode by pressing Enter key.
It only switches when you click on 'Browse' button.
