1.3.1 - white balance - incorrect colors

Post by user0 »

XnView: MP 1.3.1
OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Image menu → Map → White Balance...
'White Balance' does not work as expected, even with with default settings.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. navigate to test image and open it in Viewer mode
_test_image.zip
(68.46 KiB) Downloaded 53 times
3. goto Image menu → Map → White Balance...
4. tick 'Apply to image' checkbox
image turns green

I have updated initial post with steps and test file. Hope it helps.

Please also check related issue (I doubt this is desired behaviour):
Image turns black when intencity reach some point (depends on the image).
On this test image it is 71, but it can be less on another image.
