1.3.1 - xnview.ini - similar groups with same settings

OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

There are 2 groups [%25General] and [%General] in my xnview.ini
1. both of them have 'useAnonymousLogs=false', guess there shall be only one
2. probably one of these groups is redundant, e.g. [%25General]
3. not sure why the groups' names start with % special symbol as it not in use in any other group
