I think the "Create Web page" and the "Batch Rename" should at least have 'Name (Numeric)', 'EXIF Date' and 'Image size' sort by options.

In Batch rename sort by name is sort by name numericckv wrote:I think the "Create Web page" and the "Batch Rename" should at least have 'Name (Numeric)', 'EXIF Date' and 'Image size' sort by options.

Image size is needed for rename??
Pierre.
Oh yeah I didn't notice that.xnview wrote:In Batch rename sort by name is sort by name numeric
Well it's quite trivial, but I think sooner or later someone want's to rename images sorted by the image size.xnview wrote:Image size is needed for rename??

Another idea is to sort on graphic content. I googled a bit and saw that ThumbsPlus has it.
It stores three fields for Image Similarity Metric in its thumbnail ODBC database.

Re: B3: Still missing sort by options
I'd love to have sorting by aspect ratio.
I am a photographer and I need to resample images that are not standard format to be printed. That means I need to separate square images (1:1) and panoramas (2:1) from standard (3:2). Other sorting options are not very useful since I often crop my images.
