selection rectangle moving out of view -> scroll picture

when i zoom a picture and begin a rectangle that is bigger than the actual view, the picture doesnt scroll with making the rectangle bigger.
a little annoying.
you have to stop, scroll the bars. expand the rest of the rectangle.
