RC3: Ctrl+E is wrong in Fullscreen Lite

- XnView in Browser mode
- Select a image -> F11
- Press Ctrl+E and "File Properties" appear instead of Red Eye help dialog.

No bug, since FS lite can't perform this action. Ctrl+E - "File Properties" is browser standard shortcut, see Help > Mics. > Key comb. for more.

Should be postponed till this feature will be implemented to FS lite.

Sigh, so confusing... we already have Alt+Enter, it should be left unassigned in my opinion.
