command REFRESH

[Heartland]

This command REFRESH does not functions .
When I change a picture , and I go see on first screen of the program ( where appears all of the designs like icons ), the picture continues the same , as if I dont change anything.
Only when I click on it , or into the manner of viewing separately , barely the picture, is than I do I see him with the changes & up-to-date.
