No I did not try to display a movie, I just tried to start Xnview. I left the security update off my system for a few days after an email exchange with Microsoft. After tracking it down, Security Update for Windows7 for x64-based Systems (KB975560) is the one that causes Xnview to not work and crash any time I open it. Is there a way until a solution is found to make Xnview not want to use the AVIFIL32.dll file so it will work for me?
