Is it likely, that VTF thumbnail support for the Windows Explorer will be added?

I don't want to annoy anybody, but how likely is it now, that support for this format will be added and for which version would it be scheduled?

Don't get me wrong, I just really would like to see this added. But of course I have patience and understanding, if there are planned features with a ...
